Renu is a South-Asian London, UK based, international performer. She is a multi-lingual artist with solo albums covering multiple genres from Bhajans to Bollywood and Sufi to Soul. 

Renu Gidoomal spearheads Atmasphere Events Ltd, an events and production company specialising in directing and curating multicultural events.

She is also the lead vocalist of her fusion band Atmasphere.

Renu has performed in over 30 countries including Aruba, Canada, Czech Republic, Gibraltar, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Latvia, Panama, Philippines, Poland, Singapore, Spain, St Maarten, Thailand, UAE, UK and USA.

A dynamic artist who quickly feels the pulse of the audience, bringing connection, engagement and upliftment through her vast repertoire, be it energising rocking kirtans, jazzy bhajans, retro-Bollywood and Western covers or sublime meditative prayerful chants. 

Living in the vibrant multi-cultural city of London Renu is always excited by new projects and eager to explore original musical territory! In 2025, she composed original lyrics and music for a Ram-Sita themed wedding pheras (wedding vows) in Latin America.  Renu is also involved with many organisations and charities, performing at reputable venues such as the British Museum for 'Faiths In Tune' (an interfaith artistic collective) where she performed Hindu-based chants and prayers in an original East-West fusion mix.  At the House of Lords she recited an original poem in Sindhi in tribute for the late Queen Elizabeth II, under the arts and dance charity 'Sanskruti Centre of Excellence' (an event for United Nations).

Renu's love of musical unity stems from her diverse background. Born in Kenya, East Africa with influences of Hindu, Sindhi and Sufi traditions, Renu grew up amalgamating all her cultural influences in the UK, making her the vibrant global artist she is today.
